At Closure London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
